Cotton candy spun at an attended station, candy walls, popcorn bars, and dessert tables styled to your celebration.
Confection catering is dessert produced as part of the show: an attended cotton candy station, a candy wall, a popcorn bar, or a styled dessert table. We style it, run it, and clear it.
An attended station is the whole idea. Someone from our team stands at the machine for the length of the service window, spinning each cone as a guest comes up and matching the sugar to your colors. Nothing is left out for guests to work themselves. Cotton candy that sits collapses, and a machine left alone turns a centerpiece into one more thing you have to manage.
Four stations do most of the work: a cotton candy bar spun to your palette, a candy wall stocked and styled as part of the décor, a dessert table of cakes and cookies arranged as a centerpiece, and a popcorn bar set out across sweet and savory flavors. The cotton candy is spun in the room. The desserts are baked by our trusted bakers, Baked by Bee among them, and styled on site.
Pricing includes the confections, the styling in your colors, and setup and breakdown on either side of the service window.
