How do I book a party?

Please fill out the Contact Us form to book your party! Sara, the owner of Storybook Entertainment, will happily walk you through the booking process and will help you create the perfect party! 

Once a party date is confirmed, a deposit of 50% of the cost of your party is required to secure your date. The deposit can be paid using Honeybook, our booking software. The balance will be due in cash or check four days before the party.

What if I need to cancel my party?

In the event that you need to cancel your party with more than four weeks notice your deposit is refundable minus a $100 administrative fee. If you cancel your party with less than four weeks notice, your deposit is not refundable.

If your party needs to be canceled due to inclement weather or a sick birthday child, we will do our best to reschedule your party to a new date and time and your deposit will be applied to your new party date.

What do I need to supply?

Please supply a space large enough for the character to be able to entertain your guests. If your party involves making a craft, please provide one large table (with or without chairs.) If your party involves make-up, nails, face-painting or tattoos, please provide one small table and two chairs for these activities.

 We bring the fun, excitement, and magic!

What age of children are your parties geared towards?

Storybook Entertainment will structure and design your party around the ages of your child and her guests. However, most parties are geared for children ages 3-11. Many families want a character at their child’s 1st birthday party. The character will do his/her best to make sure that the young guest of honor enjoys her special day!

When should the performer arrive at my party?

The performer should be schedule to arrive at least thirty minutes after your guests are scheduled to arrive.

am i responsible for travel expenses?

Storybook Entertainment is based out of Scottsdale, AZ. We are happy to travel to you. However, if your party’s location is more than 10 miles from our base location, additional travel expenses may apply.

should i tip the performers/staff members?

Gratuity is not included in the price of the party packages; tips are at your discretion. If you feel as if your performer or assisting staff member met or exceeded your expecations, tips are greatly appreciated.
